TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CREATING ART ON NINJAPAINT.COM

Artistic works may be created on Ninjapaint.com.  Nudity, profanity, obscene violence, pornography, racism or coprighted material are not to be created on Ninjapaint.com. Offenders will be blocked and IP banned and their content removed.  A valid email address is required for website registration and to activate art. Once a piece of art is created and saved, an email will be dispatched to your registered email address to allow you to display it publicly on Ninjapaint.com.

Our website terms and conditions may be updated from time to time and by submitting drawings you agree to the latest version of these terms and conditions.

EMBEDDING DRAWINGS
Ninjapaint.com offers tools to embed art into your website or blog, and also offers tools to put your art on real world merchandise. These are the only authorized ways of transferring art from Ninjapaint.com to any other medium. Video captures and screenshots of your art can be placed on other websites only if recogniation is given to this website via a website link to http://www.ninjapaint.com.

UNAUTHORIZED USE
Persons found tampering with, spamming, reverse engineering, or otherwise harassing the member community of Ninjapaint will have their account removed and will be banned.  You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium without written permission. We reserve the right to enforce copyright laws subect to our jurisdiction enforcing you to remove the content immediately and may persue legal damage.
